I bought this unit ten months ago. Sound seemed genuinely tinny till I realized the subwoofer was not hooked up correctly, then the bass was extraordinary. My only complaint is that you truly could not adjust the bass well other than the presets and often it’s just too a lot.
Properly, I have had it for 10 months now and it will no longer eject. Called the corporation and was told that even though it has a 1yr. warranty on components, it’s only 90 days on labor. My local service center tells me that it would be about 5-0 to fix the eject on this 0 stereo. A little too steep for me!
Kicking myself for obtaining rid of my old 12 year old stereo that took up way too considerably space.
Looks like I will be purchasing a tiny upconvert dvd player to plug into the back of it.

I definitely adore this theater technique. I purchased considering that I have a JVC 42in LCD and needed to maintain the very same theme. Nicely I have totally no con’s except for the function and source inputs. I have a logitech remote and I constantly have troubles with the stupid functions input. Instance: I am watching a DVD and want to switch to playing the xbox 360, the sound will not switch automatically AUX OPT which is the optical cable input, i will instead cycle from AUDIO IN which is the very first auxiliary input, then AUX, then lastly to AUX OPT. I wish JVC would have made individual IR codes for each and every as an substitute of having to cycle via each and every single input. Other than that I have no complaints. Anything functions flawlessly and the Matrix was outstanding on it.

We got this to use as our stereo and, while it took a whilst to get the speakers place up on the wall and wire run close to the room, the finish outcome is amazing! Make sure to get all of the cables you want to run it to your numerous gear given that it doesn’t come with anything. We’ve had JVC stereos in the past and loved them so if you’re a fan this one particular doesn’t disappoint. Also the sub-woofer wire was too short so we cut 1 of the other people down and linked it to the the designated wire(only due to the fact the other speakers had been in location and it seemed less complicated). That worked effectively for a rapid fix -don’t forget to wrap the wires separately in electrical tape. I followed all the recommendations from of the other critiques I read on this and the equivalent models (i.e. set up the speaker distance, and so on.) and I was really pleased with the sound top quality. It kicks some severe sound tho for a smallish apt. so watch out for neighbor complaints. Ultimately, it does come with an mp3 input so if you are not an ipod elitist then you will be pleased to know this but get the cord for that too or you will have to go back on amazon to order it, ha.
